If you are rated 100% disabled by the Veterans Administration, you must file form BOE-261-G with the Assessor’s office along with a copy of your DD214 and Rating Decision letter. In addition, your spouse or widow may qualify, for more information see AOS-069. Claimants applying for the Low-Income Exemption must file annually.Â
