You can now register to access the Fictitious Business Name Indexing and Official Records data.

FBN (Fictitious Business Name filings) Images are batched by date and are available within 2 business days from the time of filing.

Map Images are batched by date and available on the 6th of every month.

OR (Official Records) Images are batched by date and are available within 2 business days from the time of recording.

The availability of this service(s) will be at a cost of $0.05 per image or $0.05 per index (title) with an initial $125 set-up fee. Review the Image Index Data Subscriber Agreement Form for a complete description of the terms.
