Penalty Date May 7 – If May 7th falls on a weekend or legal holiday, the property statement may be e-filed or mailed and postmarked on the next business day.
The San Bernardino County Assessor provides several options for filing Business Property Statements (571-L):
This link takes you to the centralized California electronic filing website where you can enter data (with validations and automated calculations) and submit electronically.

Requirements:
- You must have an account number and BIN number (request your account number and BIN number)
